We can make any changes to an order that has not yet been shipped; however, we ask that you notify us of the changes as soon as possible by emailing info@nauticaesport.it, specifying the order number.
When adding or removing products, please also clearly state the item codes and quantities so that we can apply the requested change promptly.
If there is an error in the shipping address or other delivery information entered during checkout, please specify the incorrect information as shown in the order confirmation email you received and the correct information to be used for shipping.
Registered users can update their account information in the personal account area by logging in via the “Log In” link in the top-right corner of the website on your computer or via the top-right menu on your smartphone.
