Purchase Warranty

For all products purchased within Italy, the law protects consumers from defective or malfunctioning items that do not perform the function stated by the seller at the time of delivery, even if the problem is discovered later.

This warranty of conformity is valid for 2 years from receipt of the product and can be enforced by contacting the seller directly; once the seller has verified the defect, they will repair or replace the product at their own expense.

The warranty of conformity applies solely to defects present in the product at the time of delivery. Any malfunctions resulting from wear and tear, improper use of the product, or the consumer’s negligence are not covered by any warranty.
