We ship within 24 hours of receiving the order or payment (bank transfer) via DHL and BRT express couriers.
With the exception of Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, and the smaller islands, both of our shipping partners deliver within 24 business hours from the time of shipment.
For the areas mentioned above, delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours.
Example: Mr. Rossi purchases an item on Monday afternoon at 5:30 PM, with delivery to Milan. This item is shipped the following day, Tuesday, and will be delivered within the next 24 hours, i.e., on Wednesday.
Our primary express carrier is DHL; for packages weighing more than 20 kg or with an equivalent volume, we use BRT. To calculate weight/volume, one cubic meter is considered equal to 200 kg, and 20 kg is equivalent to a volume of approximately 46 x 46 x 46 cm.
