If the conditions for returning a purchase are met (see “When Can You Return a Product?”), in order for us to issue a refund, please take the utmost care with the items to be returned and their packaging:
- Keep the sales receipt until the product warranty expires (24 months for the warranty of conformity).
- The item to be returned must be complete with all parts, in like-new condition, including its original packaging, instruction sheets, manuals, and everything that was included at the time of delivery.
- Carefully pack the items to be returned in a suitable box, without applying tape to the original packaging.
Damage incurred during return shipping will make it impossible to issue a refund and will invalidate the return.
Please note that the return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
