To return purchased products, simply send an email to info@nauticaesport.it containing:

  • The order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • The date the products were shipped

Once you receive our reply, you can ship the items to:

As an alternative to the fee of €9.90 (VAT included) or the rate for packages weighing more than 3 kg (excluding remote areas and islands), we can arrange for a courier partner to pick up the items from your address.

In this case, please explicitly request the pickup service in your return request email and include the following:

  • The date the items will be ready for pickup
  • The pickup address
  • A phone number for the courier who will perform the pickup

We will arrange for a courier to pick up the products on the specified date.

Upon receipt of the merchandise and after verifying that the products meet the requirements, we will issue a refund equal to the total purchase price of the returned merchandise, net of shipping and return costs, as specified in the terms of sale.

Please note that the following conditions must be met in order for us to issue a refund:

  • The merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of the customer’s receipt of the items.
  • The products and original packaging must be in perfect condition; the products must include all parts and be in like-new condition.
  • The merchandise must not be damaged during return shipping; therefore, we kindly ask you to pack the products to be returned carefully.

As required by law, failure to comply with the above rules makes it impossible to issue a refund; returned items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping and return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless there are special circumstances: if there was an error on our part regarding the delivered merchandise , you will not incur any costs.
