The legal deadline for issuing a refund, provided the conditions for returning a product are met, is 14 calendar days from receipt of the return shipment.
In our case, as soon as we receive the items and verify that they match the new ones, we will immediately issue the refund.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer for purchases paid for by: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or Postepay top-up.
For payments made by credit card or PayPal, the refund amount will be credited to the payment method you used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the system you used; it generally ranges from 24 to 48 hours.
