Upon delivery of the goods, please ensure that the package is intact and has not been tampered with.

If not, any damage or missing items must be reported immediately by writing “I sign subject to inspection” on the courier’s delivery receipt and specifying the externally visible damage on the packing slip right away.

When in doubt, always accept packages subject to inspection. Once you have signed the courier’s delivery receipt without reservation, it will not be possible to receive a refund for any damage caused during shipping, even in the case of insured shipments.

We take the utmost care with our packaging and can boast an ever-decreasing rate of damage during delivery, currently less than 0.01% of cases.
